Dolken / Galam wood (Melalueca Cajuputi) is a species that grows naturally in swamp forests and is often used for house construction because it is a type of wood that is strong, sturdy, resistant to water, fungus and termites, this is because in Gelam wood there are natural oils which can repel termites.
